Founded in 2021 and based in Beijing, China, Industrial Next is a smart technology company that mainly provides OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manufacturing technical services. Allen Pan, the company's founder and CEO, was the head of the R&D project at Tesla's California factory. Lukas Pankau, the company's CTO, was a vehicle system architect for Model 3, Y, and X, and led the system architecture department of Autopilot, the predecessor of Dojo. In the second half of 2024, IndustrialNext launched the first generation of embodied intelligent manufacturing platform common to the manufacturing industry.
In April 2025, it closed series A funding led by new investor Khosla Ventures. The company focuses on the research and development and application of embodied intelligent technologies in industrial vertical fields. The main products are closed-loop software and hardware products for perception, decision-making, and execution developed using embodied AI algorithms. Industrial Next also provides UMOS (Unified Manufacturing System) system and iMES (Manufacturing Execution System) - iMOS (Material Operating System) software system.
The products can be used in manufacturing, 3C, automotive and other industries.
