Founded in 2016 and based in New Delhi, India, India Grid Trust owns, operates, and manages power transmission networks and renewable energy assets that deliver reliable power throughout India. In August 2024, KKR sold a 17. 3% stake, or 135. 8 million shares, at INR 132 apiece for INR 17.
