Some of InCruiter’s clients include Adecco, Grip, Practo, kissht, Leena AI, Mahindra, etc. In June 2023, InCruiter India Private Limited raised INR 2 million in venture debt funding from Startup India Scheme. The firm as of 2023, has more than 200 clients and is led by its co-founder and CEO, Anil Agarwal.

  The company provides clients with a screening and recruitment platform to select suitable candidates using multiple evaluation solutions as per their requirements. Some of the company’s products are InCServe, an interview-as-a-service platform, with more than 2000 interviewers, that allows managing job postings, candidate assessment reports, interview recording, etc. in one place, InCVid, a video interview platform, InCFeed, an interview scheduling platform, and InCExit, an automated platform for exit interview services. The other tailored features offered by InCruiter are live code compiler, calendar invite, white-labeled and real-time feedback, proxy check, etc.

The company plans to utilize its January 2023 funding to accelerate its geographical expansion by setting up new offices and promoting its services in the US, Canada, and Dubai. InCruiter also plans to launch a new product by the end of 2023.
