Founded in 2014 and based in Bangalore, India, IDisha Info Labs Pvt Ltd, operates Quick Ride, a mobile app that provides bike pooling and ride-sharing services. Quick Ride allows its users to book taxis and carpool/bike pool with others to their preferred destination. Quick Ride has a free corporate program that allows a companies employees to create and accept carpool invitations with their colleagues to a common destination by sharing fuel expenses. Quick Ride rewards carpool givers by a point system for offering carpools that can be used for either taking carpooling rides or be redeemed for fuel expenses. The company has a free job referral initiative for its Quick Ride community called Quick Jobs that allows its users to request job referral to an existing employee of their preferred company and also helps existing employees to get their company’s referral rewards by accepting job referral requests from their friend and other persons.
Quick Jobs also helps human resources teams to reach out to talented professionals regarding their company's job openings. IDisha Info Labs has another initiative using peer-to-peer sharing called Bazaary that allows users to rent, sell and buy products and services with each other. Bazaary has all categories of products and sellers ranging from fruits, real estate, electronics to tuitions and other services. Bazaary charges a nominal commission of 6% for all the sales happening on its platform.
IDisha Info generates revenue by charging a six percent commission on the points exchanged/paid by its users towards their carpooling and for using its technology/platform. As of 2019, IDisha Info’s monthly revenue ranges from INR 70 lakh- INR 75 lakh and their growth rate is around 25 percent each month.
