The company holds a total of 1000 employees to manage its business in its subsidiaries companies. In 2021, Hultafors Group AB expanded its business by acquiring Fristads AB, Kansas A/S, Kansas GmbH, and Leijona Group Oy with the support of its PE firm Investment AB Latour. The acquisition is part of Hultafors Group's strategy to grow and develop leading brands in the Personal Protection Equipment segment in Europe and North America.
