About
Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2020, Huashun Intelligent originated from research at Beijing Institute of Technology’s Shenzhen Automotive Research Institute and Hunan University. The company specializes in electromagnetic pulse welding, riveting, and forming technologies. In April 2024, Huashun established a dedicated R&D center in Changsha to support feasibility validation and early-stage development. In the same year, the company was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and won second prize in the New Energy Vehicle Industry Finals of the Shenzhen Innovation Competition.
In May 2025, HuaShun raised a round of venture funding from new investor Konka Venture Capital (Shenzhen). The company earns revenue through the sale of EMPT-based welding and forming equipment, customized system solutions, and engineering services for clients in the EV, battery, and high-end manufacturing sectors. Huashun plans to expand its presence across China by establishing demonstration factories and marketing centers, while continuing to develop and deploy proprietary electromagnetic pulse technologies in new industrial settings.
