SHIELD-RBI uses built-in models to calculate consequences and probabilities of failure from standard equipment technical and process data and also includes a TaskMaster module that automatically generates inspection tasks and frequencies based on the data in the risk assessment.
The SHIELD CHEMTRACK manages the chemical sample data and provides a clear graphic representation of the data by setting alarm levels for each chemical and contaminant and sending automated emails when these levels are exceeded. The company also offers engineering services, including corrosion monitoring data and SHIELD-AMINE for the management of amine analysis data.
