Based in Paço de Arcos, Israel, and co-founded by Allan Fisher and Lawrence Alkin in 1980, Holmes Place International operates as a provider of premium health, fitness, and wellness facilities. In June 2014, the firm was minority stakes of 45% were acquired by Green Lantern Group for NIS 30 million. As of September 2023, the firm offers its services in Austria, Germany, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland, and is led by its CEO, Jonathan Fisher.  The company is a lifestyle and fitness brand, present in multiple countries, that promotes well-being and a healthy lifestyle and helps individuals lead longer, happier, and more balanced lives.

Holmes offers premium fitness clubs with a focus on luxury venues like studios, pools, saunas, Turkish baths, and gyms, with the first Holmes Place gym present in Chelsea, London. Additionally, the company offers a range of services such as Personal Trainer, a one-on-one training service with experienced trainers to help individuals achieve their fitness goals, Group Classes, classes like Made in Brasil, AirFit, Activate, etc, designed to make fitness fun and effective, and Wellness and Spa services for relaxation, massages, and beauty treatments to help individuals look and feel better.
