ARC Capital and PAG Growth Capital sold their stake in HNA to Hainan Airlines and Hainan Meilan Airport Group in April 2011.
The company is mainly engaged in airport operation management and ground services related to domestic and international air transportation. It has a number of airports under its jurisdiction, including Haikou Meilan International Airport, Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Yichang Three Gorges Airport, Gansu Airport Group, Weifang Nanyuan Airport, Dongying Yong'an Airport, etc. The company has also developed the Airport Cloud, which provides leisure, entertainment, shopping, consumption, social, consulting and other services in the terminal. HNA Airport Holding generates revenue by providing airport operations and air transport services.
