Hilton also provides owner services, architecture, design, construction, and technical services. The company's brand portfolio includes luxury hotel brands - Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts; emerging lifestyle hotel brands - Canopy by Hilton, Tempo by Hilton, and Motto by Hilton; full-service hotel brands - Signia by Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Curio Collection by Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Tapestry Collection by Hilton; focused service hotel brands - Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton, and Tru by Hilton; all-suites hotel brands - Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Home2 Suites by Hilton; and a timeshare brand - Hilton Grand Vacations. The company generates revenue primarily from fees charged to hotel owners under management and franchise contracts, as well as from fees associated with license agreements, franchise application and initiation fees, royalty fees as well as from its owned and leased portfolio. In 2021, Hilton Worldwide Holdings had USD 407 million in net income.
