Furthermore, in 2018, HHGL Limited was acquired by Hilco Capital from Wesfarmers, entering a CVA agreement and undergoing restructuring. Nowadays, the company has 5,600 employees and 152 retail stores in the UK and Ireland.
The company provides a range of home improvement and garden solutions covering paint and decorating, garden and outdoor products, kitchenware, bathroom, flooring, lighting, furniture, storage, building and hardware. Some of its products include fireplaces, stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, sofa beds and wall coverings.
