About

Based in Germany and founded in 2022 by its CEOs, Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle, heynannyly GmbH, trading under the name heycare and formerly known as heynanny, operates as a business-to-business HR tech startup that provides a digital platform to employers, enabling their staff to discover and secure the services of nannies or daily companions. In March 2026, heycare raised EUR 4 million in seed funding led by Scalehouse Capital, with participation from Swiss Post Ventures. As of 2023, the firm’s portal has more than 20,000 verified nannies throughout Germany. The company offers heynanny, a B2B human resource technology platform that allows corporate employees to discover and book nannies/babysitters or everyday companions to take care of their family members, including children and the elderly.

Through heynanny, employees can access a pool of verified babysitters and elderly assistants, review qualifications, and book services based on their specific requirements. As of 2023, heynanny can be accessed only through company accounts, and it helps corporate organizations offer childcare and elderly assistance solutions to their staff, resulting in enhanced employer brand value as well as staff retention rates. The firm’s client base includes RTL, Böhringer Ingelheim, Codecentric, Hofmann, trivago, Hyatt Regency, TÜV Süd, and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. heynannyly GmbH primarily generates revenue by charging subscription fees from companies that purchase the heynanny portal.

The company plans to use the June 2023 funding to strengthen its market position and enter the Austrian market.
