Through the Research module, businesses can access their customer across different channels such as SMS, Email, Widget Links, and QR codes.


The company’s platform enables companies to access all reviews and delivers intelligence to understand consumer’s digital behavior regarding the brand and the RRI- Reputation Rating Index. Harmo’s services include facelift to claim all the files online with correct and standardized information, service of reviews that offer personalized answers to improve search ranking, competitors basket, CSV spreadsheet (BI), and customer journey mapping.
