Based in Seoul, South Korea, and founded in 1989, HALLA ENCOM, formerly known as Halla Remicon, operates business as a manufacturer and seller of ready-mixed concrete, construction materials, and aggregate for buildings and industrial plants. The current CEO of the company is Muchan, Cheon. In August 2024, E&F Private Equity fully acquired HALLA ENCOM from Badgers Investment, YJA Investment, and HL D&I Halla for approximately KRW 200 billion.
