Guardex

Established in 2017 and based in Suzhou, China, Guardex is a nano inorganic waterproofing materials developer that provides waterproof solutions such as engineering waterproof, home waterproof, and leakage maintenance. It has acquired more than 50 invention patents and has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. The founder, Guoyou Yao, graduated from Tsinghua University. The co-founder, Xuehui An, is a vice chairman of Beijing Haidian District CPPCC.

In June 2019, Guardex raised CNY 5 million in angel funding from new investor Guosen H&S Investment. Guardex mainly provides comprehensive solutions such as engineering waterproofing, home decoration waterproofing, leakage repair, plugging leaks without breaking bricks, reconstruction of waterproof layers, and concrete surface modification. Specifically include nano-silicon based self-healing reaction activator, self-healing inorganic proliferation waterproofing agent, ultra-fine crack grouting fluid and high-strength alkali-resistant repair agent. The company generates revenue by developing and providing nano inorganic waterproof materials.
