r. o. raised EUR 138 million in venture debt funding from Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, mBank, ING, and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. GreenWay provides services and charging stations, including household chargers, chargers for the company, operation of the station, roaming, and map of chargers.
The company also provides a mobile application through which customers can select a particular EV charging station. As of February 2022, GreenWay operates 488 charging stations with 29,613 registered clients. The company’s client base includes drivers, households, and companies, including IKEA, Zabka, InPost, Mercedes, Kia, and more. GreenWay generates revenue by pricing its charging card packages, which includes energy standard, energy plus, and energy max.
The company plans to use the June 2026 funding to expand its EV charging network across Central and Eastern Europe, strengthen its position in Poland, and invest in customer service and infrastructure in other regional markets.
