GobioX

Established in 2020 and based in Shanghai, China, GobioX is a biotechnology company that relies on single-cell analysis technology to carry out technological innovation and product development with TCR-T immunotherapy as the core. Its current R&D team consists of researchers from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University and other institutions, who have received professional training in global laboratories in the fields of T-cell immunity, single-cell microfluidics and other related fields (Lawrence National Laboratory, UW Genetics Research Institute, etc. ). In February 2021, the company closed a round of angel funding.

The company has independently developed the Smart Droplet+ technology platform, which combines technologies in the fields of microfluidics, bioinformatics, single-cell multi-omics, and T-cell immunity, empowering ultra-high-throughput biological characterization, and bringing breakthroughs in life sciences fields such as single-cell analysis, gene and cell therapy. Meanwhile, the company is focusing on technological innovation and product development with the new generation of TCR-T immunotherapy, which is applied to tumor immunotherapy and other applications. The company will use the angel funding raised in February 2021 to develop high-throughput single-cell sequencing equipment and supporting reagents, as well as a TCR-T technology platform for targeting solid tumor antigens.
