Founded in 2007 and based in Guangzhou, China, GAC Lingcheng New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co. , Ltd. , trading as GAC Lingcheng, is an automobile company focusing on producing heavy-duty trucks, which is a joint venture established by Guangzhou Automobile Group and Hino Automobile. In November 2010, the company qualified to operate in Hong Kong.
GAC Hino 700 series heavy trucks 6×4 tractors and concrete mixer trucks won the championships in the 3rd China International Truck Fuel Saving Competition, respectively. In December 2025, GAC Lingcheng raised CNY 300 million in venture funding led by new investor Guangzhou Baiyun Financial Holding Group, with participation from new investors Baiyun Fund and Baiyun Jianke. The company is committed to producing heavy-duty trucks. The production capacity can reach 5,000 heavy-duty trucks per year.
The products include 700 Zhizhen tractors, box-type vehicles, trailers, etc. It has over 170 service networks that can provide users with maintenance, repair, rescue, and other services. The company generates revenue by doing R&D, and providing heavy-duty trucks and other related products.
