Established in 2023 and based in Singapore, Singapore, Fragmetric Labs Inc. operates as a software company, offering blockchain protocol to facilitate the restaking of liquidity throughout the blockchain ecosystem. In March 2025, Fragmetric Labs Inc. raised USD 5 million in venture funding led by new investor RockawayX, with participation from other new investors Robot Ventures, Amber Group and Bitgo Ventures.

Returning investor Hypersphere Ventures also participated in the round.  Fragmetric is a company specializing in restaking solutions on the Solana blockchain, primarily aimed at enhancing user engagement and value extraction from digital assets. The core product offering includes a platform that enables users to restake their tokens, allowing for increased returns and optimized asset management. This service caters to a diverse clientele, including individual investors, institutional stakeholders, and DeFi projects looking to leverage the Solana ecosystem for enhanced liquidity and yield generation.

By facilitating seamless restaking, Fragmetric addresses key challenges in the crypto space, such as liquidity constraints and the need for more efficient capital allocation. The company targets markets across North America and Europe, where blockchain adoption is rapidly increasing, and users seek innovative investment strategies. The company will use the March 2025 funding to fuel the expansion of Fragmetric ecosystem, further advancing our mission to build a reliable and innovative restaking platform.
