In July 2025, GHO Capital agreed to acquire a majority stake in FotoFinder Systems GmbH from EMZ Partners. As part of the transaction, EMZ Partners, along with the company's management, will reinvest a minority stake in the business. Financial terms were not disclosed. FotoFinder provides cutting-edge technology for visualizing skin that can be used as a stand-alone version and as a multi-user installation for early detection of cancer, hair consultation, aesthetics, psoriasis, and clinic research.
The company also offers artificial intelligence software, including total body dermoscopy, a Bodyscan master; dermatoscopy, a Moleanalyzer pro, and handyscope pro application; and trichoscopy, a trichoscale AI for a hair consultation. In addition, the firm provides advanced online and on-site workshops in the field of dermato-oncology. FotoFinder provides its products and services to hospitals, dermatology clinics, dermatologists, research institutes, and screening centers through subsidiaries and a global network of distributors and agents.
