Based in New York, US, and founded in 2018, Forte Global, Inc. , doing business as Forte, provides financing services to individuals or governments, enabling them to access vocational reskilling programs at no cost. The company was founded by Nat Ware, who also founded 180 Degrees Consulting, a consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises. In May 2021, the firm received funding, led by Australian investors Regal Funds Management, Reinventure, 5V Capital, and Blackbird Ventures.

As of September 2021, the firm employs more than 100 employees globally. The company’s financing service offers unemployed people, access to educational programs, particularly vocational reskilling, intended to prepare them for future jobs, at zero-cost and zero-risk. Its educational finance system is designed in a way that the investors, via the Forte platform, sponsors the training costs for the individuals who would otherwise be paying negligible tax. The training programs create new employment opportunities, which in turn increases income and government income tax revenue, and the government, via, Forte, will pass back to investors, an agreed portion of the tax revenue attributable to the training recipients, for a set period of time, allowing training recipients, investors, and governments to receive equal benefits through company's financing cycle or platform.

The company generates its revenue when the retrained workers begin paying income tax, which is when the governments will pay a portion of this back to the firm.
