In October 2024, Flueid Software Corporation raised USD 8. 3 million in growth capital funding led by new investor LiveOak Venture Partners, with participation from another new investor Detroit Venture Partners.

Returning investors Commerce Ventures and Aquiline Capital Partners also participated in the round. Flueid operates as a developer of analytic solutions in real estate automation technology that streamline real estate transaction workflow, automates the delivery of risk-eliminating information during the closing, and optimizes business processes throughout the entire real estate process. The company’s line of products includes flueid decision, flueid pro and flueid built. Flueid decision, formerly known as insurful provides mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers and real estate professionals with an immediate indication of the depth of work required in the title clearance process for a real estate transaction and flueid pro is an online real estate transactions service that allows users to order title, escrow and perform other closing services at any time with real-time order progress tracking, notifications and document retrieval.

Flueid built is a technology-based solution that provides clients a range of services from operationalizing a new title company from the ground up to providing title operations support services and expertise. The company will use the October 2024 funding to accelerate product development, drive business growth, and expand its go-to-market strategy for its VOT solutions suite.
