Flash has grown its customer base to 4,000 companies and it grew from 10,000 employees to 100,000 that use the platform. The company has 200 employees. In June 2021, Flash raised USD 22 million in Series B funding led by Tiger Global Management.

Flash is a financial software company created to build a management app provided via a Mastercard branded card and can be used in more than 2 million establishments, and can receive additional discounts on its more than 60 partners, such as iFood, Uber, Uber Eats, Liv Up, Tok&Stok, Petz, Labi Exames, Drugstore São Paulo, Vittude, Alura and many others. Flash offers companies a way to configure their benefits so that employees can select and manage benefits as needed through its application and cards to replace the old vouchers as part of compensation. The company plans to move more than BRL 2 billion on its platform throughout 2021. Flash serves more than four thousand companies, from startups, small-medium enterprises to large companies.

More than 200 thousand employees are using the Flash app and pink card. By the end of 2021, the company is expected to have 300 employees.
