Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The firm’s customers include over 900 tax and accounting firms, and thereby some 50,000 clients such as KPMG, Deloitte, ETL, TPA, Avis Budget Group, Confida, etc.
The firm offers cloud-based software for organizations to digitize and automate their accounting processes with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). The firm’s solutions include digital document sharing, scanning and disconnect, accounts payable processing, booking machines, mobile applications, and IPaaS interfaces. The company intends to use the March 2023 funding to support product development, scale into other European countries, and continue growing in Germany by adding employees to its offices in Vienna and Berlin.
