Based in New York, US, and founded in 2022 by Ian Krotinsky (CEO), and Aashiq Dheeraj, TipLink Corp. , trading under the name Fin and formerly known as TipLink, is a developer of a digital platform that enables users to send and receive digital assets and other non-fungible tokens (NFTs) through URLs or QR codes. In December 2025, Fin raised USD 17 million in series A funding led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Samsung NEXT Ventures. Sequoia Capital also participated in the round.

TipLink provides a lightweight wallet to make transferring digital assets, enabling users with crypto to create a TipLink and send that link to anyone over any platform, such as text, discord, email, and more. The company offers the benefits of decentralization and self-custody without worrying about arcane key management, seed phrases, apps, and browser extensions. In addition, the firm also provides API to help developers and companies generate and deposit any number of assets into any number of TipLinks. The company plans to use the December 2025 funding to expand its team and launch its stablecoin-based payments product for enterprise and financial users.
