Based in Itlay and founded in 1979 by Eufrasio and Antonio Anghileri, Eusider S. p. A. , designs, processes, and manufactures industrial machinery and accessories like coils, tubes, heavy plates, rounds and tinplate.
In February 2024, Eusider S. p. A. fully acquired Profiltubi SPA from AUCTUS Capital Partners.
Eusider Group offers various flat products that include coils, ribbons, sheets, strips, hot rolled black and pickled, bright cold-rolled, galvanized coated, electrogalvanised, aluminium coated, galfan coated, aluzinc, and magnetic sheet metal made from aluminium and stainless steel. The company also provides chrome pipes and bars like seamless tubes, seamless tubes for mechanical applications and structural uses, seamless tubes for petrochemicals, cold drawn tubes for hydraulic cylinders, drawn tubes for hydraulic circuits, chromed bars, round, and shaped cold strip welded tubes, and hose for hydraulic circuits. Following the February 2024 acquisition, the company plans to widen its product offering in the tube sector.
