The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance by the Luxembourg financial authority CSSF and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022. EFA is led by its CEO Noel Fessey as of August 2022. The company’s services include fund administration services, front to back-office services, Net Asset Value calculation, bookkeeping, and portfolio valuation, compliance and risk management, performance measurement and attribution, domiciliation, and reporting solutions to its clients including investment companies, banks, Management companies, Insurance firms, wealth managers, Hedge fund managers, Private equity vehicles, real estate funds, etc. EFA also offers Technology solutions like IT Solutions enabling a 100% open platform for portfolio managers, (prime) brokers, distributors, and depositaries/custodian banks, and EFAnet offers easy access to portfolio valuation details as well as various key breakdowns such as geographic, asset type, etc available with one click.
