Founded in 2018 by CEO, Jenny He, and CTO, Odysseas Tsatalos, and based in California, US, Ergeon Inc. is a provider of home construction contracting services that includes outdoor home improvement, fences, hardscapes, and landscaping services to commercial and residential clients. In June 2022, Ergeon Inc. raised USD 40 million in Series B funding led by new investor Prysm Capital, with participation from other new investors GGV Capital, DST Global, Basis Set Ventures, and returning investor Metaprop.
The Series B funding values Ergeon Inc. at USD 489 million post-money. The company was named Best of HomeAdvisor 2020. Ergeon offers wooden fences, chainlike fences, vinyl fences, and boxed wire fences, and driveways installation services for residential and commercial properties.
It also offers wood fence staining and artificial grass (turf) installation. Ergeon does the quoting and owns the customer relationship, and then uses local contracting partners to complete the work. The company plans to expand its US household coverage from 14% to 40% in the next couple of years.
