Based in Illinois, US, and founded in 2009 by CEO John Orlando, Aaron Madsen, and Michael Shogren, Epiq Solutions is a developer of small form factor, SWaP-C optimized software defined radio and turnkey RF solutions for engineering teams and government-focused organizations embedded computing applications. In July 2022, Veritas Capital acquired Epiq Solutions. The company provides radio frequency (RF) products, such as cellular and Wi-Fi software, flying fox enterprise to detect, identify, and locate cellular, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi transmissions, skylight, a flexible wireless network survey app, and PRiSM, a multi-technology cellular scanner application. Epiq Solutions also offers RF transceiver products, including Sidekiq, embeddable solutions for RF challenges, and wideband RF transceiver platforms.
The acquisition will enable Epiq Solutions to further accelerate its growth, both organically and through targeted acquisitions.
