The company's main business includes the research and development and sales of new energy vehicles, new energy vehicle repair and maintenance and other services. The company has production plants in Changsha, Hunan, Shaoxing, Zhejiang and Nanning, Guangxi, and was formerly known as Dearcc Auto, a subsidiary of LeTV. at the end of 2022, the company completed the signing of a joint venture with local Saudi Arabia Sumou Holding, which plans to set up a manufacturing and R&D base for new energy vehicles.

The company produces new energy vehicles and currently has two suv models, ME5 and ME7, and one sedan, ME-S.
