Lin Le, the founder and CEO of the company, worked on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and has a PhD in Physics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a post-doctoral degree in Finance from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Chunjia Lan, the co-founder and CTO of the company, is a former Huawei technologist and a Ph. D. in Information Systems from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The company developed consensus algorithms, cross-chain technology, smart contracts, digital identity and privacy technologies to provide blockchain management solutions. Its products are divided into three series, which include blockchain products, privacy computing and application systems, such as Lingshu blockchain service platform, Lingshu federated learning and inclusive financial services platform. The company also provides sunshine government, supply chain finance, automotive data trusted deposit and trade, trusted metering and carbon certification, and digital art trade (NFT) solutions. In September 2025, Energy Blockchain Labs closed a venture funding from new investor Shanghai Hongjian Equity Investment Management.
