and North American Substation Services, LLC merged to form EPS-NASS, and Arcline Investment Management acquired Electric Power Systems International Inc. from Industrial Growth Partners. As of 2021, the company has completed projects throughout the Middle East, South America, China, and Malaysia, and serves across the US with 30 offices and staff over 500 employees. The company offers testing services such as testing of acceptance, maintenance, high voltage, low and medium voltage, renewable energy testing, and power quality testing.
