Founded in 2022 by Dave (CEO), Paul (CPO), and Jeff (CTO), and based in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, EDINT, formed as a spin-off scheme through Samsung Electronics' in-house venture program C-Lab operates as an Artificial Intelligence-based solution company that offers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for educational institutions to monitor test takers. In September 2022, EDINT raised seed funding from new investor Korea Tech Incubator for Startup, being selected for Accelerator Investment-Driven Tech Incubator Program. The company's artificial intelligence (AI) system monitors and records any suspicious movements and behavior by pupils during exam time. Based on an automated sensing engine powered by artificial intelligence (AI), the company's platform offers learning consultancy services and online exam video analysis services.
