EcoPlanet

Founded in 2022 and based in Munich, Germany, EcoPlanet Green Operations GmbH, doing business as Ecoplanet is a developer of a B2B (business-to-business) green operating platform that offers energy management technology solutions for small and medium businesses (SMBs) helping businesses save energy costs and reduce CO₂ emissions.  The company was co-founded by Maximilian Dekorsy and Henry Keppler. In January 2025, EcoPlanet Green Operations GmbH raised EUR 16 million in series A funding led by new investor EQT, with participation from returning investor HV Capital. Individual investors also participated in the round.

Ecoplanet offers a range of services focused on renewable energy solutions and sustainability, such as a product called Ember AI and the Ecoplanet Cockpit. These services include assisting clients in evaluating and utilizing renewable energy to achieve economic objectives, creating an energy economy based on locally produced energy, implementing energy measures for homes, businesses, and communities, and identifying and implementing profitable investments in green infrastructure and organizational behavior changes. As of March 2024, Ecoplanet is developing an all-in-one green operating system to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) navigate sustainability regulations, become net zero, and reach their climate goals.
