Based in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France, and co-founded by Valérie de Saint Père, Axel Dreyfus, and Lionel Auroux in 2021, Ecole 2600 operates as an educational and training institution that offers cybersecurity courses to students and employees. In April 2023, the firm raised EUR 6 million in venture funding led by investor Motier Ventures. The company offers a three-year work-study program to train students in all critical aspects of cybersecurity in companies and institutions. The skills taught are based on a Qualiopi-certified pedagogy, revolving around nine major blocks of skills, including crisis prevention, ISS expertise, and designing secure solutions.

The training is free for students, remunerated, and carried out alternately, combining practical business experience, theoretical learning at school, and flexible working methods alongside experts. The company plans to utilize its April 2023 funding to develop its platform to help companies continue to train their employees.
