Established in 2018 and based in Istanbul, Turkey, and founded by CEO Mehmet Akif Ozdemir and Ismail Dincer, Easycep Bilisim ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, d. b. a. EasyCep operates a marketplace e-commerce platform that allows users to buy and sell refurbished electronic devices.
In November 2025, EasyCep Information Technology and Trade Joint Stock Company raised EUR 39 million in venture funding from new investors Oleka Capital and Ziraat Portföy. Returning investor RE-PIE Ventures also participated in the round. EasyCep provides a marketplace to sell and purchase refurbished electronics products, such as tablets, computers, small appliances, robot vacuum cleaners, television, video and sound systems, mobile phones, smartwatches, and outlet products from multiple brands including Apple, Huawei, Samsung, and more with a 1-year warranty. The company generates revenue from the sale of products through its e-commerce platform.
The company plans to utilize the November 2025 funding to speed up the modernization of Turkey’s used mobile phone market and expand its refurbishment operations to cover tablets, computers, smart home devices, and gaming consoles.
