Founded in 2008 and based in Vilnius, Lithuania, Dokobit, UAB is a software development company. In 2014, Dokobit launched a document signing portal and web services. Dokobit is a software development provider that offers electronic signature and identification solutions for authentication, signing, sealing, and validation to businesses and public sector clients. Dokobit supports electronic identifications used across Europe to allow businesses in providing e-services, including document signing and signature collection, to its clients.
The acquisition by Signicat will support the company to expand its geographic footprint internationally.
