Based in New York, US, and founded in 2014 by Dr. David Kim and Dr. Scott Asnis of Regal Healthcare Capital Partners, Dental365 operates as a dental support organization that provides dental care to residents throughout the metropolitan area. The company received senior debt funding from White Oak Healthcare Finance in May 2019 and in July 2020, Dental365 entered into a purchase agreement with The Jordan Company. The firm offers a range of dental care and services such as oral surgery, general, restorative, cosmetic, emergency, preventive, and laser dentistry, as well as endodontics, periodontics, and dental sleep medicine for its patients. Following its purchase agreement with The Jordan Company, Dental365 plans to use the capital to accelerate its long-term growth plan by continuing to scale into additional states throughout the US and offering stronger operational support.
