Established in 2018 and based in Tianjin, China, DeepCyto operates as a technology company dedicated to providing medical diagnoses and healthcare data analysis solutions via artificial intelligence and deep learning technology. It has sub-branch offices in Changsha, Shenzhen, and Portland, USA. The cooperative hospitals are Peking University Hospital, Fudan University Cancer Hospital, and other hospitals. In June 2019, DeepCyto closed venture funding from new investor Northern Light Venture Capital.

The company mainly provides DCS-1600, DSS-8200, Deepflo® flow cytometry Al cloud diagnostic platform, and DK-1200. The DCS-1600 is a cell medical image analyzer, which can be used for peripheral blood and bone marrow. The DSS-8200 is a slide-scanning imaging system, which can scan tissue samples, bone marrow smears, blood smears, microorganisms, and karyotypes. The DK-1200 is an automatic chromosome microscopy image scanning system, which can scan and analyze microscopic images of chromosome specimen slides.

The products and platforms mainly serve medical institutions, medical equipment, and testing reagent manufacturers.
