Founded in 2017, and based in the Czech Republic, Datart/HHP Tronic is the merged entity of Datart and HP Tronic. In October 2017, DATART merged with HP TRONIC and formed the company Datart/HHP Tronic. In April 2024, the company's management fully acquired Datart and HP Tronic from Genesis Capital Equity. Datart/HHP Tronic operates the portfolios of the two combined companies: Datart, which owns and runs a chain of consumer electronics retail stores, and HP Tronic, which runs consumer electronics and home appliance retail stores such as the Euronics retail chain, Kasa.
