Founded in 2016 by Matthew Gitelis, the CEO of the firm, and Jimmy Skuros, who now left and joined Messari, a DAO searching platform. In 2022, the company raised USD 17. 5 million in series B round of funding led by Health Enterprise Partners. In the same year, the company launched its product PtientIQ in American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), offering healthcare institutions solutions for FTR participation.
