Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2024, Shenzhen D-Robotics Co. , Ltd. , dba D-Robotics, is a developer of hardware and software infrastructure for the robotics market. The company was originally robotics division (formerly AIoT division) of Horizon Robotics, a company listed on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) specializing in smart driving solutions for passenger vehicles.

Its CEO, Cong Wang, was responsible for the business system at Horizon Robotics, including robot product development, marketing, and sales services. D-Robotics icurrently operates under D-Robotics Holding Limited, an affiliate of Horizon Robotics. In February 2026, D-Robotics raised USD 150 million in series B2 funding from Aramco Ventures, Envision Energy, TH EDU Capital, YF Capital, T-Capital, Look Capital, Capitallink, GL Ventures, Hermitage Capital Group, and other investors. The deal was part of a larger USD 270 million series B funding.

D-Robotics develops and provide hardware and software for the development of robots used in different real-world scenarios such as manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. The company's hardware products including robot development kits powered by intelligent computing chip and human-inspired brain architecture integrating CPU + BPU + MCU for super-heterogeneous computing and high-efficiency coordination. The hardware products are used by individual and industrial robot developers to build robot prototypes, develop robotic products, and conduct performance evaluations and related verification. As for software, D-Robotics provides intelligent robotics applications and platforms for robot development.

The company generates revenue by selling hardware and software used for the development of intelligent robots. The series B2 funding will be used to accelerate the globalization of the company's business and developer ecosystem.
