Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and founded in 2013 by Dudu Jansenson, Cyber-Hat Ltd. , trading under the name Cyrebro, operates as a developer of cybersecurity software designed to optimize organizational risks and threats. CyberHat currently employs 60 employees in Israel and in the USA. The company's teams are comprised of cyber experts with a variety of cyber warfare backgrounds, such as Law Enforcement Organizations, Military, Intelligence Agencies, Private Sector, Computer Crime Investigators, and more.

The cyber operations platform were used by small and medium-sized business (SMB) market as well as critical infrastructures and industries like casinos, global retailers, banks, insurance companies, and other Fortune 500 companies to defend against data breaches and attacks. In April 2021, the company received Series B funding led by Prytek, with participation from InCapital, Mizrahi Bank, and previous investor Mangrove. CyberHat provides CYREBRO, a technology-agnostic cloud-based security operations center (SOC) for strategic monitoring, proactive threat hunting, accelerated incident response, and enhanced compliance. The platform integrates with any existing security systems, tools, and software, including all cloud-based platforms and internal network devices thus, enables companies to centralize online operations of the entire security stack, putting the power of enterprise-grade SOC into the affordability and flexibility of a cloud-based service.

CyberHat intends to use the April 2021 Series B funding to expand the adoption of its SOC-as-a-Platform.
