Established in 2022 and based in North Carolina, US, Cozyla US Corp, aka Cozyla is a smart home brand specializing in devices like digital photo frames and smart calendars focusing on North American and European markets. Yao Li is the founder of the company, and once served as the Vice-President of Lenovo. In November 2022, Cozyla raised CNY 40 million in series A funding co-led by new investors Beijing Yicheng Yangguang Asset Management and Max Wealth. Other new investors Sunwoda Electronic, Tonly and YZ Capital also participated in the round.

The company's flagship products include digital Calendar that provide family member calendar synchronization, chore and meal plans, smart home control center. Table TVs, as well as AI powered smart picture frame that synchronizing with Google photos. Some of the functionalities of the products include, automatic sharing function based on portrait recognition; AI intelligent recommendation function, which searches for photos based on a certain logic and matches them for push; deep sharing function, where users can match subtitles and background commentary through the APP while posting photos, using real-person voices to increase the sense of scene.
