6 million in series A funding led by Keppel Land Limited, with participation from Idinvest Partners. As of 2023, Cove has provided living spaces for 4,190 residents, with 617,710 nights stayed.  The company provides fully furnished and designed co-living spaces and rooms for rent. These spaces come with complete furnishing and kitchenware, Wi-Fi, and regular maintenance to ensure a comfortable living experience.

The firm provides a variety of options to suit different budgets, as evident through its three tiers of properties, such as basics, classics, and luxe. Tenants can choose between monthly and daily rentals, with a range of locations available in Singapore, such as Tanjong Pagar, the CBD and Marina Bay, Orchard, River Valley, and more. Cove also offers an online platform where users can select their location, availability, and financial range.  The organization generates revenue by charging monthly subscription fees for its three different plans: the basic plan, which costs USD 1,900; the classic plan, which costs USD 1,500; and the Luxe plan, which costs USD 1,750.
