Based in Belgium, and founded in 1984 as a family-owned company, Corialis International NV, commonly known as Aliplast, designs and manufactures aluminum systems. Corialis International NV employs about 2,700 staff at eight sites in the UK, Belgium, France, Poland, Portugal, La Reunion, Serbia, and South Africa. The company was backed by AAC Capital (formerly the private equity of ABN Amro), Motion Equity Partners (then known as Electra Partners Europe), Ergon Capital Partners, Sagard Private Equity, Advent International, and CVC Capital Partners. In 2021, Astorg enters into exclusive negotiations to acquire Corialis from CVC Capital Partners.
Corialis International NV works with the residential and commercial markets to provide aluminum profiles for in-wall, indoor, and outdoor that include windows, doors, sliding elements, roof systems and conservatories, curtain walls, and balustrades. The company focuses on the extrusion, insulation, painting, and distribution of aluminum products.
