Conntac GmbH

Based in Augsburg, Germany, and founded in 2016 by Michael Faath, Benjamin Wöhrl, Christoph Keller, and Rolf Winter, Conntac GmbH operates as a developer of a self-service solution platform for Internet Service Providers to solve customer's problems without the need to contact the support of the provider. In November 2021, Conntac GmbH raised a seven-figure sum in Series A funding led by Bayern Kapital, with participation from Basinghall and HS Investments. In 2017, the company was awarded the Gründerpreis - Digitale Innovationen at the CeBIT. Conntac's self-service solution autonomously detects problems, engages in intelligent dialogue with consumers in the case of a problem, and gives self-help assistance.

The Conntac Self-Service Solution consists of the Conntac Self-Service App for end customers that help them with first-time setup, troubleshoot the internet connection, or help to get in touch with the service center. The Conntac Dashboard for managers, that helps them to keep track of all processes to improve customer service over time. Service agents can also use this dashboard to solve the problems for which customers are unable to get a solution using the app. Conntac GmbH plans to use the Series A funding to relieve the hotlines of telecommunications providers with its app.

The company also plans on expanding into Scandinavia and the UK, and extending the solution to meet the needs of other industries.
