Its range of metal cards includes full metal, metal veneer, metal hybrid, and embedded metal. Other products offered include patented prelaminated materials and sub-assemblies to plastic card manufacturers and custom high-security identification cards. In 2020, the company generated USD 261 million in net revenue and USD 116 million in adjusted EBITDA. Following the completion of the merger with special purpose acquisition company Roman DBDR Tech Acquisition Corp.
in December 2021, CompoSecure, Inc. intends to use the new sources of capital for both organic and inorganic growth opportunities and continue investing in innovation.
