Coleo Fibers SL's Recycling Business

Based in Spain, Coleo Fibers SL's Recycling Business operates as part of the wider Coleo group. The vertically integrated structure that includes waste treatment plants, fiber production facilities, and garment manufacturing operations. In November 2025, Repsol acquired a 14% minority stake in Coleo Fibers SL's Recycling Business from Coleo Fibers SL. As part of the transaction, the company's management will retain a majority stake in the business.

Coleo’s recycling business delivers a complete pathway from textile waste to recycled fiber and finished products. Within Coleo Recycling, the company receives textile waste from upstream sources, stores and sorts materials, and prepares inputs for mechanical and chemical recycling streams. In Coleo Fibers, the prepared materials are transformed into recycled fiber through processes tailored to quality and downstream compatibility; the unit produces fiber grades suitable for yarns, fabrics, and blended compositions that meet the technical requirements of client applications. Through Coleo Studio, the company designs and manufactures garments for third party brands, applying recycled fibers to create finished products that meet customers’ specifications on fit, performance, and aesthetics.
