The company was co-founded by Daniel Simon and Andrew Woolf and is backed by investors led by Better Tomorrow Ventures from a USD 6 million Seed funding in July 2021. Coast’s first product, is a commercial fuel charge card intended for fleet drivers.

It also has a web portal where fleet owners and managers can use to assign drivers and vehicles, set policies and rules regarding the proper use of the fuel card.
